Prices & Conditions

Prices

The prices indicated are for two people per night and per apartment for a stay of at least four nights. For shorter stays, we charge a supplement of 10–20 % on the daily rate of the apartment.

On the following holidays, the apartments can only be booked with the following minimum stay:

• Easter: min. 5 nights

• Ferragosto (August 15th): min. 5 nights

• Christmas and New Year: min. 7 nights

Costs for additional persons in the apartments:

• Children up to 2.99 years: free of charge (baby cot available on request)

• Children from 3 to 5.99 years: 10 €

• Children from 6 to 13.99 years: 14 €

• Youths aged 14 and over: 18 € per day

• Local tax: plus 1.90 € per day and guest (aged 14 and over)

For final cleaning, we charge:

• Bordeaux apartment: 35 €

• Yellow and Rosé apartments: 25 €

• For stays of 7 nights or more, the final cleaning is free of charge.
  

Arrival & Departure

The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am. Please note that it is not always possible for us to confirm a specific apartment number.

Deposit

The reservation is considered binding as soon as the deposit of 30% of the total price has been transferred and received in our account. Subsequently, you will receive a written booking confirmation. From this point on, our cancellation policy comes into effect (see below). In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is considered a processing fee and is non-refundable.

Payment

We ask you to settle the remaining balance either in cash (legal limit: 4,999.99 € for EU citizens) or by credit/EC card at the latest on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge (the deposit is retained)

• Up to 15 days before arrival: 70 % of the apartment price

• Up to 7 days before arrival: 90 % of the apartment price

• In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
