Our kitchen team, led by head chef Jürgen, knows exactly how to treat our guests to a culinary delight! In our restored, cozy Stuben, the large dining hall, and on the terrace, we serve many homemade specialties of South Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine for lunch and dinner. Occasionally, we host barbecue evenings featuring fish and meat specialties; twice a week, we invite you to join our brunch, and we also provide the perfect setting for company and family celebrations. It is always our priority to serve only the finest dishes made from local quality products to all our guests – whether they are staying at the hotel, just passing through, or are locals from the area.
For our younger hotel or restaurant guests, we offer a special children's menu. After their meal, they can let off steam on our playground or, in case of bad weather, explore our playroom.
